Noam Fresko

Noam Fresko is an Israeli french horn player, and AICF scholarship recipient since 2008. Noam Fresko was born at 1993 in Lod, Israel. She began her music studies at the age of 9 at Lod Youth Band. Between 2011 and 2013 she served as a horn player in the IDF Orchestra. Studied with Yuri Gorlin, Dalit Segal and Yoel Abadi. Noam is B.A graduate in the orchestral department at the Buchmann- Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv University. Currently she is studying for M.A degree in the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt-Germany, in the horn class of Professor Esa Tapani. Noam is a recipient of the AICF scholarships since 2008, and she won the second prize in the LIONS national competition for young horn players. She has attended masterclasses with Julie Landsman, Radek Baborák and Sarah Willis. In May 2018, Noam will perform as a soloist in the annual gala concerto of the Buchmann- Mehta School of Music, conducted by maestro Zubin Mehta.
